I requested one withdrawal for this amount $300.00 which was in with the casinos max cashout, and this left me a balance of $136.00 dollars to play on with. This now gave me the first withdrawal of $300.00 and a second for $1000.00. the casino cancelled both withdrawals stating I broke the rules which I believe to be a complete injustice. If my $300.00 dollar withdrawal was fine, why was it cancelled along with the $1000.00 which had absolutely nothing to do with the initial deposit bonus they are claiming had been broken. After contacting spacelillys support and asking several times that my $1300.00 be returned to either my accounts balance or honoured as withdrawal they refused and this is why I am contacting the pogg for assistance. Below is an email they sent me to show just how negligent this casino is and they should be made an example of,
